TUITION PAYMENTS

• Tuition can be paid monthly or upfront

• Tuition can be paid through ACH bank transfer or credit card

• There will be a 3% payment processing fee applied at checkout

• Non-refundable deposit &  non-refundable supply fee are due at checkout

• Tuition paid in full is due by July 1, 2025, for Early Childhood.

• Tuition paid in full is due August 1, 2025, for Homeschool Enrichment.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

• Monthly payments are processed automatically on the 1st of each month via credit/debit card or via ACH bank transfer

• Early Childhood payments are invoiced on a 10-month plan (July-April)

• Homeschool Enrichment payments are invoiced on a 9-month plan (August-April)

EXTENDED CARE 

• Extended Care hours are 8am-3pm daily for our preschool classes. You must register in advance for this program as drop-ins will only be permitted if space allows. ​

PRORATED TUITION

• Tuition for students enrolling after the school year begins will be prorated based on the enrollment start date and the number of remaining class days in the school year for the selected schedule. This is calculated using the daily rate of the class multiplied by the number of days remaining, then divided across the remaining monthly payments (ending April 1st).

  • Please note: This may result in a higher monthly payment than what is shown in the standard tuition table, which reflects an even distribution over a 10-month plan beginning in July (Early Childhood) or August (Homeschool Enrichment).

SIBLING DISCOUNT = $250 per family per year for Early Childhood, $100 per family per year for Homeschool. Please email Brittany@NatureConnectAlabama.org BEFORE you register for the discount code.

CHURCH OF THE APOSTLES DISCOUNT: Members of the Church of the Apostles will receive a 10% discount. For more information on how to qualify for this, please click here.

 

SCHOLARSHIPS - Partial scholarships are available and awarded during enrollment, beginning each January. The deadline for scholarship applications is January 20th each year. Please contact us for more information.
