A $100 non-refundable deposit per camp session is due to secure your child's spot. Your remaining balance is due in full by May 1st, 2023. Camp payments are made through credit card or ACH bank transfer. A 3% payment processing fee will be applied at checkout.

Cancellation requests must be made before May 1, 2023, in order to receive a full refund minus the deposit. Any cancellation requests made after May 1, 2023, and up to two weeks before the start day of registered camp session will be refunded in the form of a Nature Connect credit to use on another 2023 camp. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start day of camp will not receive a refund or credit.

If Nature Connect cancels a camp session for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.

Please understand that our camps are kept small to facilitate learning, and many fill up quickly. Last-minute cancellations keep other kids from enjoying our camps. Thank you for your understanding.

If your child cannot attend camp, please consider converting all or part of your tuition into a donation or scholarship to assist families in need.

Please email brittany@natureconnectalabama.org to request a refund, make a donation, or address any other questions you may have. Email is the quickest way to reach us during this time.
