**Take your team to the next level! Choose from one of Nature Connect’s team building programs or let us customize a program just for you! Get outside and add an element of play to your next meeting, practice, or retreat. **
Nature Connect offers workshops with a certified facilitator to help your group build trust, improve communication, and reconnect with one another and nature.
Programs are offered for groups of all sizes, from the classroom to the boardroom.
Ages: 5th grade and up
Group size: A minimum of 10 participants is required. No group is too large! We can accommodate field trips and other large groups, as well as smaller groups.
Location: We can come to you if you prefer or we can meet at a space outdoors. Our facilitators can come to your office, school, church, or anywhere with enough space to accommodate your group.
We can work with you to customize a program that meets the needs of your group. If you need a space for your program, we can meet at 5 Rivers, Weeks Bay Plantation, or any number of our area’s magnificent parks.
*The following is a sample agenda for a 2 hour workshop with 15 participants*
830am – Welcome and introductions (Icebreakers and get-to-know-you games)
900am – Group activities: All Aboard, Cross the Swamp, Water Skiis
1030am – Team Scavenger Hunt (Theme developed by group, take aways)
1200pm – Closing activity & Wrap Up

Sarah Bogdanovich, LMSW, has worked as a facilitator and experiential educator for over 20 years. She facilitated diversity and inclusion workshops for the National Conference for Community and Justice as part of their ANYTOWN program. She has served as a group facilitator and parenting mentor in Hawaii, Florida, and California. Most recently, she worked as an outdoor experiential educator and consultant at George Mason University’s EDGE Program in Manassas, Virginia where she led workshops for the US State Department, Boeing, and other high-performance organizations. Sarah is passionate about helping others develop insight into themselves and the people around them. Sarah takes a strengths-based, holistic approach to facilitation and team-building by incorporating elements of education, psychology, and nature into her workshops.
